How to Use
How long does the battery last?
1.5–2 hours. With the pistol spray nozzle, it can empty 12 barrels of water on a single charge.
Can I turn off the water supply after powering on the pump?
Yes, but the pump will operate under high pressure. We don’t recommend doing this for extended periods.
Is the product waterproof?
Yes. However, when disconnecting the power or battery, avoid allowing water to seep into the ports. If water enters the connectors, dry them thoroughly before reconnecting. The battery has short-circuit protection.
Troubleshooting
No sound from the water pump after turning on the power switch
- Check if the battery is connected correctly.
- Ensure the battery has sufficient charge.
The water pump is running after turning on the power switch, but no water comes out of the outlet
- Check if the air vent on the lid is open.
- Ensure there's enough water in the container.

Confirm the spigot valve on the lid is in the open position (turned fully counterclockwise)

Ensure the showerhead switch (if using a showerhead) is in the open position.
The water pump cannot draw all the water from the container
This is normal.
