Return & Refund Policy
Return Notice:
Before initiating a return, please contact us first—your issue may likely be resolved through remote guidance.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your product to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging with a valid receipt of purchase. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us and we will process the return within 2 weeks of receiving the unit. We do not accept returns in which the packaging and accessories are not completely returned to us. We do not reimburse or refund shipping costs. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund:

To start a return, send us a message for the reason of return to support@portasource.com . We will then provide you with the return address. Please put your name and order number in your return.
Damages and issues
Our products very rarely have defects. In the event that it does, please contact us immediately and send us a quick picture and or/video highlighting the problem. Our customer support team will see if it is something that we are able to help you fix or simply replace a new product for you if we can not trouble shoot it from afar. Please send a clear video showing the issue for our tech team to review at support@portasource.com
Refunds & Replacements
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If the refund is not accepted, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the shower back to you.
For replacements, we will send you a tracking label to the email address on file through your order. Once we receive the unit back and inspect it, we will send a new replacement. We must receive your unit back before sending out a new replacement.
We are not responsible for lost packages showing "delivered" by the courier.
Cancellations
We try to ship immediately upon order and cannot guarantee an order will be cancelled after it is placed. If the order has already been shipped you will need to receive the units and send it back to our address below in order to start a refund.
